Sushi, Tempura and Sake Kyoto Shijo-Karasuma|New casual sushi bar in Shijo-Karasuma
Sushi, Tempura and Sake Kyoto Shijo-Karasuma will reopen tomorrow, March 1, at 4:00 p.m. in the Shijo-Karasuma area of Kyoto.
Our restaurant has been reborn as a “popular sushi bar” where you can casually enjoy sushi made by our chefs, freshly fried tempura, and our special sake.
Aiming to be a "casual, easy to use restaurant with good food and drinks" in the Shijo-Karasuma area, we offer a bar that is easy to use on a daily basis, from a drink after work to a drink with friends.
Casual sushi and bar food
Sushi has an image of being a bit intimidating, but at our restaurant, you can casually enjoy sushi from just one piece.
Our artisans carefully prepare and serve sushi every day for your peace of mind.
The "Ate-Maki" and small bowls of food that can be enjoyed with alcoholic beverages make the restaurant a sushi restaurant that is also an izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
I'd rather drink slowly over sushi."
This is one restaurant that is just right for such a time.
Hot tempura fried to order.
Tempura, as the restaurant's name implies, is fried to order, with the temperature of the oil adjusted to suit the ingredients.
Lightly battered and crispy, tempura goes great with sake or beer.
Seasonal vegetables and seafood are also available in an assortment.
It is also a popular dish to snack on between sushi.
Specialty "tessa" and sake on tap
Our specialty is "tessa (blowfish sashimi)," which can be enjoyed starting at 390 yen (excluding tax).
Characterized by its refreshing flavor and texture, it goes well with sake and is ordered by many customers.
In addition, we recommend the "Barrel Sake" for sake lovers.
The freshly squeezed aroma and fresh taste of this drink can be enjoyed as it is, making it an attractive pairing with sushi and tempura.
It is a bar where you can casually enjoy Japanese sake, with a selection of excellent sake shipped directly from the brewery.
Sushi bar where you can enjoy not only sushi but also “snacks
We also offer a variety of a la carte dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages, such as Udan Butter Toast.
While sushi is the main attraction of our restaurant, we also offer a unique izakaya style of enjoyment, where you can stay for a long time because of our extensive selection of snacks.
It is recommended not only for the first meal, but also for a light drink as the second meal.
